One of the region's leading rural property agents Broadley and Coulson, has launched a new look website as it continues to bolster its rural and residential agency business across the North East.
The new website - www.broadleyandcoulson.co.uk - is now live and allows clients to search an easy to navigate directory of all available properties including farms and smallholdings, country cottages and rural properties located all the way from Northumberland to North Yorkshire, as well as a whole host of residential homes across the Weardale, Wear Valley and other County Durham areas.
Based in Crook, County Durham and with satellite offices in Bishop Auckland, London and Spain, the firm has launched the new website to showcase its niche expertise on the region’s rural market which spreads much further a field than its physical geographical presence - encompassing Tyne and Wear, Northumberland, Teesside and North Yorkshire.
Founding partner David Coulson, also regional policy spokesman on rural affairs for the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), commented: "The web is increasingly becoming the first port of call for anyone looking to research and make a property investment and our new website will open up our specialist service offering to a whole host of potential new clients.
"As a firm we've continued to enjoy enviable growth year-on-year - even in the difficult economic climate - and have built up a reputable business through recommendation for almost a century. We did however feel now was an appropriate time to update our online presence with a fresh new look and an enhanced functionality of the site to meet clients' needs.
"The new functions include a search facility, allowing clients to find the perfect property to suit their individual criteria as well as a news section to keep up-to-date with the business and my involvement with regional and national policy issues including my contributing work to anaerobic digestion, wind farms and other associated energy matters."
Led by original founding partner David Coulson along with partners Stuart Allan and Angela Coulson, Broadley and Coulson offers a vast array of services spanning the residential and commercial sectors, acting as auctioneers, land agents, chartered surveyors, estate agents and valuers for a wide variety of clients.
Angela runs the Dedicated Estate and Property management department which looks after houses, cottages, farms, commercial units and estates for Broadley & Coulson's extensive client portfolio.
The website launch follows the business' recent move into newly refurbished premises in a prominent position in Crook Market Place.- the exact same offices which it previously occupied until 1989.
